SHIPPING POLICY 

Moonlite Services ships with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). Below are a list of services for US and International shipments for your convenience. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Please call customer service at 1-800-375-9282 if you have any questions about when your order will be shipped out.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and will be shown during the checkout process.

United States options
Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. In addition, UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as business days and will not deliver on these days.

USPS Priority Mail - 2-4 business days to most destinations 

 United Parcel Service

  • UPS Ground - 3-5 business days to most destinations
  • UPS 3-Day Select - 3rd Business Day delivery 
  • UPS Second Day Air - 2nd Business Day delivery
  • UPS Next Day Air - Next Business Day delivery

International options
Please note that the delivery times below are approximations set forth by the United States Postal Service and do not include the time that packages are processed by customs in your country.

  • RETURN POLICY

    If you need any technical assistance with the product, please don't hesitate to contact us.  Before you return a product to us, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to service@liquid-latex.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . In order for us to authorize the return, it will need to meet four requirements.  Please make sure to contact us before you ship anything back to us.

    1. The product is unopened.
    2. The product is in original packaging material/in new condition. 
    3. All of the original parts, accessories, instruction manuals, paperwork, etc. is in the packaging.
    4. It is within 30 days of the date the item was purchased.

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept products that do not meet these conditions.  If the product is being returned for a refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee.  If the product is being returned for an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Moonlite Services will not rent, sell, or share any of your personal information that you provide us through our website, e-mail, or postal mail.  Your information is solely used to notify you about your orders.

    Moonlite Services uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting sensitive information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Another way to see that you are in a secure section of our website is by looking at the web address at the top of the window - it should begin with https://. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.
